At Heavenonearth.info, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with Google Merchant Center policies.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

Do not send items back without contacting us first—returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your return

Return Address

The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved. In most cases, this address is included on your original packaging. If you are unsure, please wait for our confirmation email before sending your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
